This is a unique opportunity to lead the service desk presales activity, working closely with Presales & CiS/SDL to understand new business requirements and identify operationally effective models.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for identifying cost-efficient models aligned with future strategy of Service operations.
- Advanced Service Design skills (Subject Matter Expert) for operational models, processes, and tools.
- Strong negotiation skills to handle high-cost pressure from Sales, requiring clear justification for costs calculated.
- Accurate estimation of costing and limiting risk to profitability.
- Serves as a point of contact for escalations related to scope creep or deviation from agreed support model.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of management.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for local and remote collaboration.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and remotely.
