About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned subject matter expert to join our team as a Senior Research and Consulting Advisor. As a key contributor to the perception of TransUnion in the marketplace, you will drive thought leadership in the consumer lending industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sophisticated research initiatives to understand consumer behavior and credit dynamics.
  • Provide critical assistance to the Sales team in presenting advanced concepts to customers and exploring customer challenges.
  • Develop and execute research projects to drive business strategy and address key business problems.
  • Author articles based on research for publication in industry-specific journals.
  • Lead the development and execution of Advisory Boards in your region, consisting of senior leaders of lending organizations.
  • Support sales teams through consulting and education on consumer lending concepts.
  • Represent qualified expertise and immediate credibility on joint sales calls.
  • Attend industry association functions and seminars to maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in driving thought leadership initiatives within the financial services industry.
  • Experience in working within the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of credit data and solutions.
  • Experience in conducting quantitative analysis and communicating insights to an audience.
  • Highly credentialed, with several years of experience in increasingly senior roles at multiple financial institutions and/or consulting firms.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to tailor conversational approach to audience.
  • Ability to drive complex projects with minimal supervision and collaborate with team members.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to speak eloquently on behalf of TransUnion.
