Job DescriptionThe Brazil Security Head - Operations Lead will be responsible for safeguarding the security of people, assets, information, and product alongside Crisis Management. Key responsibilities include:
- People Protection/Physical security and risk assessment management
- Offices Protection (Sao Paulo, Suzano plant...)
- Product/Brand protection (Detection/Identification/Investigation for Counterfeited products)
- Information protection (Awareness Training)
- Market/Business understanding
- Supply Chain (CMOs) security
- Event security, travel security
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in People & Assets security, with a proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of experience in People & Assets security
- Proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams
- Minimum of 5 years leading/working with geographically dispersed team members
- Minimum of 5 years leading auditing program within a Security organization
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in emergency and crisis management
- Effective communication skill (oral & written)
- Capacity to develop strategic thinking while managing operational ones
- Capacity to resist stress and pressure
- Sound judgment and ability to work independently
The estimated salary for this role is R$250,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
