
Senior Partner Development Manager

Work with us to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new partnership opportunities, optimizing existing partner relationships, and developing offerings and accelerators relevant to the healthcare, energy, and related regulated industries.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for channel and alliances
- Lead regional consulting partners, GSIs, ISVs, distributors, and other stakeholders in achieving sales targets
- Drive executive-level relationship management with key partners
- Develop contracting strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Provide market intelligence to inform business decisions
- Sourced and co-sell bookings through effective partner recruitment and activation
- Partner enablement and delivery excellence through training and support
- 8+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or consulting
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- Proven ability to develop and execute a strategy involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience selling or working closely across healthcare including payers, providers, and life sciences
- Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
- Competitive compensation package with on-target earnings (OTE) range: 222,000 USD Annual
- Eligible for commission based on sales performance
- Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
