Work as a Strategic Talent Management Associate

You will collaborate with senior colleagues to develop and implement solutions that enable client organizations to improve their talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

The Role:

To be effective in this role, you will need strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with more senior colleagues and key client contacts. You must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and leverage resources from related practices to address client challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior colleagues to design and deliver employee experience & engagement, talent analytics, career architecture, competency modelling, organizational design, performance management, and leadership succession and development solutions.
  • Provide practical insights into how best to motivate and manage the workforce of today and plan for the workforce of tomorrow.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key client contacts to establish a trusted advisor status.
  • Effectively manage projects and present client deliverables without senior support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in human capital areas.
  • Contribute to new business development by drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Mastery of consulting skills with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of talent management fields such as job analysis, job families, job architecture, job requisitions, and job deconstruction.
  • Experience with talent management and compensation technology systems is a plus.
  • A professional presence with strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage resources to address client challenges.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of agile principles and design thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferred) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Engineering, Business Management or any other major with significant qualitative and quantitative coursework.
