About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex supply chains and a proven track record of implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to integrate supply chain functions with business processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive supply chain excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and maintain freezer storage facilities to ensure compliance with food safety standards and HACCP principles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior supply chain management role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in food safety standards, HACCP principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a strong ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using supply chain management software and other related technologies.
