About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Finance Manager to drive financial success and optimize business performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing cost-saving strategies, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial metrics and KPIs to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth
  • Provide financial guidance to the supply chain management team to ensure sound decision-making
  • Support monthly close process and timely reporting of performance
  • Collaborate with plant/corporate finance on innovation and cost reduction projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain finance or a related field
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional areas
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
