Senior Supply Chain Strategist

We are seeking a senior demand planner to enhance our forecasting and sales and operations planning process.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage rolling demand forecasts using historical sales data, customer trends, and market intelligence.
- Lead monthly sales and operations planning demand reviews, presenting forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment on forecasts and plans.
- Analyze forecast performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Support key initiatives like new product launches, seasonal plans, and portfolio strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, statistics, economics, or related field; master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods or food and beverage.
- Hands-on experience with sales and operations planning process design, forecasting techniques, and cross-functional planning.
- Advanced excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems and demand planning software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Strategic thinker with a data-oriented mindset and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
