Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead our site management team. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of clinical research programs, driving breakthrough scientific research, and delivering high-quality results.

As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the clinical site management team, serve as the primary point of contact for clinical monitoring and site activities, and manage monitoring deliverables to achieve study objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical site management team members from study start through to closure
  • Serve as Site Management's primary point of contact and representative for clinical monitoring and site activities within the project
  • Manage monitoring deliverables to achieve the study budget and identify out-of-scope activities
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or a Nursing Degree required
  • 2+ years' experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, or equivalent role
  • 3+ years' experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • Obesity or Diabetes experience is required for this GLP-1 Study
  • Candidates must reside in Latin America
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
