We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge control systems for locomotives. As a senior engineering expert, you will be part of a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering high-quality projects.

About the Role

  • Lead the design and development of vehicle control systems for locomotives, ensuring they meet customer requirements, cost, and reliability expectations.
  • Define system-level requirements, prepare test plans, and perform system validation.
  • Drive a culture of quality and technological refinement in existing designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from around the world to deliver successful projects.

This role requires a strong background in electrical/electronics/control system engineering, with hands-on experience in designing and developing control algorithms. You will also need excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, organization, planning, and leadership skills.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Control System Engineering.
  • Significant experience in engineering in similar/relevant fields.
  • Hands-on experience with MATLAB, Simulink/Stateflow, or similar tools.
  • Proven analytical, interpersonal, communication, organization, planning, and leadership skills.
