Job Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Analyst to fill this key role.

This position requires expertise in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on space and positioning optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Involvement from project initiation to completion
  • Verification of shop floor space requirements and recommendation of optimal locations for new projects
  • Assistance to teams in customer logistics concept development
  • Coordination of layout meetings for new projects and series production
  • Analysis and ensuring compliance with regulations and ergonomic needs
  • Support to Purchasing area in process packaging and customer packaging development
  • Assistance to Product Engineering in machine receipt, allocation, and installation
  • Determination of final shop floor space requirements and expansion/construction needs
  • Support to analysis based on VSM and line complexity
  • Development and presentation of different concepts for the production line
  • Support to teams in plant layout activities
  • Support to engineering team in routine management
  • Responsibility for creating and maintaining capacity control
  • Implementation and maintenance of productivity monitoring system
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields

Advanced English language skills

Desired experience: knowledge of exhaust systems

Preferred characteristics: proactivity, commitment, organization, systemic thinking, and critical thinking
