
Senior Customer Success Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a high-performing team of customer success professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic planning and execution across the customer management, product solutioning, and delivery functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining expert-level knowledge of our products and services, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention;
- Lead and manage a team of customer success professionals to achieve business objectives;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders;
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a senior program management role;
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing teams;
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry;
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans;
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Advanced degree;
- Experience working in a matrix organization;
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills;
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
- Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
- Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
- Travel for this position will include customer meetings / visits, conferences, etc. as required.
