Product Leader Job Description

We're seeking a Product Leader to drive growth, manage product squads, and advise on cross-squad projects. You'll define product strategy, translate market understanding into recommendations, and contribute to company success through mentoring and process leadership.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large, complex products and oversee daily product squad activities
  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and provide clear product recommendations
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals and scale company performance

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience working with diverse teams
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and lead product teams effectively
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and develop successful product strategies
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective prioritization
  • Experience in agile methodologies and design/technology collaborations
  • Ability to deliver on commitments and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
