About the position The regional manager position in the new organizational structure reports to the regional manager and manages the sub-district manager and data manager.
He is mainly responsible for 3 PL management, team management, operation analysis, capacity and experience assurance in the region.
According to the recruitment process requirements, a senior front-line management position in Rio is newly submitted.
Responsibilities Developing 3pl partners and expanding the number of partners and riders according to the demand for delivery in each city.
Enhance partners' operational capabilities through training and communication, so that partners better understand our company rules and strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3 PL partners across the region.
Ensure 100% compliance for 3 PL partners and their riders.
Work closely with product teams to optimize the processes and products used by 3 PL companies.
Work with the operations team to develop rewards and penalties for 3 PL and manage them on a day-to-day basis to achieve business goals such as hiring goals, user experience goals, etc.
Take responsibility for the partners and regions to achieve rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience goals.
Communicate the elimination of partners who do not meet the requirements.

Complete the related work within the department assigned by the manager.
Requirements Fluent English.
Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
In-depth knowledge of the rider, 3pl market trends and best practices.
