
Strategic Human Resource Manager

This key leadership role involves overseeing various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, work-life balance improvement projects, partner morale maximization, wage and benefit changes, safety improvements, training and development, labor/union relations, policy administration, and regulatory compliance related to employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.
- Represent HR in cross-functional plant projects.
- Administer policies and make recommendations for procedural or policy improvement opportunities.
- Manage performance evaluations.
- Maintain positive relationships with partners (employees).
- Administer internal job transfers.
- Develop and execute partner training programs.
- Enhance HR processes.
- Collaborate effectively with the Operations and Commercial teams.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of partner and position information in HR systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Three+ years of experience in human resources is preferred.
- Labor relations experience is highly valued.
- Technical expertise in human resources practices and procedures.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Demonstrated ability to serve customers.
- Able to solve complex problems.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Forward thinking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of local labor laws and regulations and be able to assess the financial impact of various HR and labor practices. They must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
