The Ops Integration Team is seeking a professional to lead several concurrent projects in support of business growth.
- Owning a portfolio of projects and being accountable for their end-to-end development: from scoping, to execution, through successful implementation and adoption.
- Collaborating with leadership and supporting areas to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and adopting effective processes and tools to enhance performance and quality for customers.
- Translating complex technical and operational requirements for diverse audiences and thinking strategically, moving efficiently, and adapting frequently in a dynamic environment.
This role requires strong analytical skills, comfort using databases and analytical tools to inform data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex initiatives with cross-functional teams and handling changing priorities and stressful situations.
In addition, this person will partner and work closely with Business Management, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, IT, and Finance. They will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders at different levels and driving business and product teams to define solutions that improve operational excellence.
