Job Description:As a Business Development Manager at Mobinc, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving our growth strategy. Your technical expertise, combined with your sales acumen, will help us expand our market presence and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.- Analyze data to assess business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.- Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and alignment with Mobinc’s offerings.
3. Client Acquisition and Conversion:- Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into clients.- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages of Mobinc’s solutions.- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure new business deals.
4. Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.- Collaborate with the Account Management teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
5. Strategic Planning and Partnership Development:- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.- Explore and establish strategic partnerships to expand Mobinc’s market presence.
6. Marketing and Promotion:- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral.- Represent Mobinc at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand.
7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:- Forecast sales projections and track performance against targets.- Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions for management review.
8. Continuous Learning and Development:- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.- Enhance sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the online gambling industry.- Strong technical background, with experience in casino software platforms and gaming content.- Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans and sales strategies.- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Pipedrive etc) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Familiarity with AI technology, chatbots, and automation processes is a plus.- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
