Overview
The Account Manager plays a vital role in building and maintaining successful business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive support and resolving issues effectively.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring transaction accuracy, tracking performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or concerns, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, telecommunications, computer sciences or related majors.
- Technical sales experience in the telecom market.
- Proven ability to secure orders in the competitive market.
- Familiar with telecom solutions; possessing the knowledge of the markets, products, processes, etc.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent English as it is used daily.
