Será responsável pela gestão Customer Success do produto MW.
Identificação de novas oportunidades de negócios.
Acompanhamento da utilização do produto junto aos clientes e por propor melhorias e novas soluções.
Responsável pela manutenção da carteira de clientes já existente.
Responsável pela análise técnica do produto MW.
**Requisitos**:
**Escolaridade mínima**: Ensino Superior Completo
Ensino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Tecnologia da Informação ou afins.
Sólida experiência com Customer Success, com bom background voltado para a análise técnica do produto MW.
Obrigatório haver atuado anteriormente com gestão de Customer Success (gestão).
Obrigatório possuir o idioma Inglês no nível Intermediário para avançado.
