Responsável pela manutenção da carteira de clientes já existente.
Responsável pela análise técnica do produto BizApps.
Ensino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Tecnologia da Informação ou afins.
Sólida experiência com Customer Success, com bom background voltado para a análise técnica do produto BizApps.
Obrigatório haver atuado anteriormente com gestão de Customer Success (gestão).
Obrigatório possuir o idioma Inglês no nível Intermediário para avançado..
