Procuramos um Gerente Distrital com base no Sul do país ou Distrito Federal, para nos ajudar a impactar a vida dos nossos pacientes, através de soluções inovadoras, apaixonando-se pela jornada de cada paciente, em um ambiente psicologicamente seguro e inspirador, liberando nossa melhor versão todos os dias. Sendo uma ligação entre campo e matriz. Nesta função, você será responsável por construir e executar estratégias para o atingimento de metas de desempenho na Área de Oncologia (radioligante), impulsionando as vendas e crescimento dos produtos da linha; estabelecer objetivos mensuráveis, claros e factíveis para os seus Consultores Técnicos (CTs); fazer um bom gerenciamento dos recursos da Novartis sob sua responsabilidade; trabalhar no desenvolvimento profissional e motivacional dos seus CTs; conhecer e manter contato com os principais Stakeholders de sua região.

**Principais responsabilidades da função**:

- Gere e otimiza a alocação eficaz de recursos para fornecer os resultados comerciais necessários. Gere os orçamentos de vendas e despesas área.
- Serve como uma ponte de comunicação entre a gestão sênior e os representantes de vendas/especialistas em produtos.
- Lidera uma equipe de alto desempenho de representantes médicos/especialistas em produtos; contrata, forma e desenvolve-os conforme necessário; fornece formação e feedback à equipe.
- Gere relacionamentos com tomadores de decisão das principais contas, líderes de opinião, e outros colegas nas funções de negócios para alcançar os resultados desejados. Orienta e consulta as principais contas, equipa de vendas, na área especializada
- Conhecimento do produto-mestre e conhecimento da área da doença; e formar a equipe no mesmo. Reúne e está atualizado sobre as informações necessárias sobre o mercado, dados de mercado dos principais concorrentes, inteligência de preços, contas-chave etc.
- Garante Excelência na Satisfação e Atendimento ao Cliente.
- Conclui todos os requisitos administrativos e de relatórios de maneira oportuna e precisa.
- Opera dentro da conformidade, políticas e procedimentos da Novartis; e cria uma cultura que garante que todos os subordinados diretos e indiretos façam o mesmo.

**Requisitos essenciais para essa vaga**:

- Experiência prévia na área da saúde e indústria farmacêutica;
- Experiência liderando times de alta performance;
- Vivência anterior em mercados de alta complexidade (especialidades);
- Conhecimento tático e estratégico do mercado privado (ANS) e público (SUS).
- Base: Sul do país ou DF.

**Você se destacará se tiver**:

- Experiência com cancêr de propostata e lançamentos.
