**Job Description**:
As a Operations & Data Analyst for Brick & Mortar Retail at Acquco, your role involves supporting in managing the company's offline sales channels on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include supporting the VP & Director of Brick & Mortar on managing daily data & operations workstreams to continue growing the offline brick & mortar space including purchase order management, replenishment order management, etc. This position plays an important role in the post-deal execution of retail.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Consolidate all invoices and purchase orders (POs) pertaining to brick and mortar retail operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to financial protocols.
- Fill out and process necessary forms required for the seamless management of brick and mortar retail activities, such as documentation for inventory, restocking, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage replenishment orders by overseeing the inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely fulfillment to sustain optimal stock availability in brick and mortar stores.
- Monitor Must Arrive By Date (MABD) timelines and manage related operations to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and avoid any disruptions in the supply chain or inventory shortages.
- Capture, analyze, and organize comprehensive data related to brick and mortar retail operations, including sales figures, inventory levels, and performance metrics to facilitate informed decision-making and strategy development.

The base salary range is $30,000 - $40,000 USD

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of data and analytics work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage partnerships with key retail partners
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace platforms, especially Google Sheets and Slides
- A self starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth is a must
