A Wabtec está a procura de um profissional para integrar o time de Serviços da Wabtec, como Analista de Customer Service. Este membro da equipe será responsável pela gestão da conta do cliente no atendimento das demandas de serviços/pós-venda para locomotivas.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Ser o ponto focal do cliente no atendimento da conta.- Interface diária com as pessoas chaves dentro da organização, incluindo time Comercial, Gerentes de Serviço e Financeiro.- Gestão das demandas de peças e serviços dos clientes - acompanhamento até a entrega final.- Criação e gestão das ordens de venda, acompanhamento dos prazos de atendimento e faturamento ao cliente.- Gestão das demandas de garantia.- Gestão dos indicadores de atendimento, com ações de análise e correção visando a melhoria contínua.- Controlar os números financeiros da conta - Ordens, Vendas e Caixa.- Realizar trabalhos de orçamento e projeções de venda, em conjunto com os Service Leaders.- Suportar a elaboração dos contratos comerciais.

Qualificações requeridas:
- Desejável formação em Engenharia ou áreas afins de Administração e Gestão de Negócios.- Proficiência com Excel e conhecimento das ferramentas do Microsoft Office.- Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente Oracle.- Capacidade analítica - demanda por análise de dados como ferramenta para um trabalho efetivo.- Inglês Avançado e Espanhol será um diferencial.- Experiência anterior em suporte ao cliente como um diferencial, atividades comerciais como foco em B2B.- Disponibilidade para viagem em até 20% do tempo.
