The Procurement team is responsible for the strategy and approach of acquiring goods and services in sustainable and financially viable ways. Our procurement team sources and onboards new vendors, develops procurement systems and processes, and project manages procurement activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in and provide solutions to procurement business, process and system matters.
- Discover, track and resolve procurement issues; Facilitate and implement actions to resolve & improve processes.
- Responsible for small value purchases in multiple categories. Complete whole procurement process, including but not limited to price inquiry, price negotiation, supplier onboarding, contract signing, PO creating, and payment following up.
- Work closely with internal and external departments; Understand business demands, actively provide corresponding procurement support and resource coordination, and complete procurement tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant fields.
- Understand the foundation of procurement, familiar with procure to pay, end to end process and related systems.
- At least 3 years experience in procurement or operation functions.
- Based in Brazil / Los Angeles USA. Willing to travel occasionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Good work ethics and business ethics.
- Attention to detail and impeccable integrity is a must.
