You will join the End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain product line within the Digital Operations team and you will work on both run and project activities with a lot of challenges in an international context.

The E2E Supply Chain product line encompasses two critical areas: Logistics and Planning & Scheduling.

As the IT Warehousing management Expert, you will be part of the Logistics stream, with a focus on the inventory and warehouse solutions.

The IT Warehousing management Expert role is strategic and operational, requiring a blend of technical and functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and extensive experience in Supply Chain processes.

Key responsibilities of this role:
**Monitor & Support current inventory and warehouse solutions**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
- Support End Users
- Maintain up-to-date technical and user documentation
- Coordinate tasks with external providers of managed services

**Deploy, Enhance and Transform the Warehousing management IT landscape**:

- Provide technical guidance
- Run projects from preparation to delivery
- Design and implement new IT solutions
- Upgrade softwares

You will **interact with different key stakeholders on the business side and on the IT side**:

- End-to-End Supply Chain Product Manager & Tech Lead
- Other Product Lines' members (Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality & EHS,)
- Supply Chain Excellence Center
- GBU Coordinators/key-users
- IT experts from other functional or technical domains
- Architects & Cybersecurity leads
- Managed-services providers (support, development, consulting services)

**_Education and experience_**
- Bachelor/master’s degree in Information Technology/Information Systems.
- Proven experience in supply chain softwares and tools, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve operations.

**_Skills and behavioral competencies_**

**Skills**:

- Senior expertise and significant experience in SAP Inventory Management (**SAP IM**) and Warehouse Management (**SAP WM**)
- Strong experience working on** integration with the other SAP modules** and functional domains (at least Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution)
- Experience in **mobility solutions** in Inventory and Warehouse management processes (i.e. Neptune-based solutions)
- Exposure to** Agile **methodology
- Exposure to advanced analytics and reporting/dashboards, data acquisition/management
- Knowledge of Export compliance evaluations (ITAR, Dual-use, etc.) is a plus
