Working as a **Technical Support Analyst** in our team, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting service requests related to software (OS, Office 365, internal tools), hardware (laptops, printers, etc) and network (connectivity issues for example);
- Make full use of tools (Zendesk, Microsoft Sharepoint, Jira, Azure DevOps) for diagnosing and documenting the different steps required to close an incident or service request;
- Route and reassign service requests to different teams/people according to their area of expertise;
- Fully manage IT assets and their records: allocation, deallocation, maintenance, etc;
- Identify trends in potential problem sources and propose new processes and/or standards in order to make our IT workflows more efficient;
- Take ownership for room and assets organization/storage;
- Work across all of our offices: POA, SP, Lisbon and Miami.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or any other related field;
- Be able to communicate (speak, read and write) with other people in English;
- At least 2 years of experience in the area.
