**Program Buyer**

**Nós estamos procurando por um Comprador (Programas) para fazer parte do nosso time.**
- Desenvolver parceria com fornecedores chaves e implementar novas tecnologias;
- Desenvolver novos fornecedores buscando oportunidades no mercado;
- Desenvolver e supervisionar projetos de compras/redução de custos.
- Processos de Compras (análise de cost breakdown, negociação, matriz de escolha de fornecedor)
- Acompanhar auditorias visando a aprovação do fornecedor e/ou prestador de serviço.
- Solicitar e gerenciar a emissão de contratos, quando requeridos pelo solicitante, junto ao departamento jurídico.
- Auditar continuamente todos os processos do departamento de compras;
- Acompanhe o desempenho do fornecedor durante a fase do programa;
- Seguir as fases do PMS (Sistema de Gerenciamento do Programa)
- Compromisso com os mais altos padrões éticos e adesão a:

- Código de Ética do Grupo Faurecia
- Política Ambiental do Grupo Faurecia
- Política de Qualidade do Grupo Faurecia
- Todas as outras funções atribuídas pela empresa

**Este trabalho pode ser para você se você atender aos seguintes requisitos**:

- Ensino Superior completo. Desejável Engenharia (Mecânica, Produção)
- Inglês avançado
- Desejável 3 anos de experiência em Compras.
- Conhecimento em commodities, desejável estampagem e injeção.
- Habilidades intermediárias do MS Office Suite: Fortes habilidades em Excel
- Habilidades de resolução de problemas (QRCI, 8D, outras ferramentas do cliente)
- Habilidades interpessoais e capacidade de networking industrial
- Analítico, com grande capacidade de resolução de conflitos e **gestão de pessoas.**
