**Make a difference to our organization**

As an Application Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring that incidents and trouble tickets issued against supported CIs are resolved within published SLAs.
- Attending global internal costumers
- Being the customer's focal point for troubleshooting and improvement
- Listening to or reads about end user problem(s) and identify appropriate solution
- Self-starter, actively revisits personal and team queue to ensure that end user issues are resolved as quickly as possible
- Identifying, managing, and resolving issues in a timely manner and ticket closure.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or a High School Diploma with professional experience.
- Able to fluently speak and write in Portuguese and Advanced English;
- Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills
- Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment
- Demonstrate good experience of technical support in a customer facing role
- Be self-motivated to deliver deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Be able to collaborate and work productively as part of a team
- Be able to build relationships with people of all levels of seniority and backgrounds
- Have great attention to detail, experience in tracking multiple sources of information and data points
- Be able to be flexible to cover multiple time-zones based on needs of projects
- Communication skills - supporting Executive’s / internal VIP’s.
