**Buscamos um **MENTOR OFFSHORE (1ON)** e sua missão será apoiar as práticas de Treinamento das nossas equipes marítimas, garantindo conformidade com os requerimentos técnicos, contratuais e de procedimentos internos. Este profissional deve ter experiência comprovada offshore e documentação marítima atualizada.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Treinar as equipes marítimas quanto as boas práticas da indústria, incluindo conteúdos técnicos, normativos e de procedimentos internos;
- Conduzir o processo de familiarização de novos contratados para posições chaves;
- Realizar o acompanhamento dos colaboradores marítimos participantes do programa de mentoria;
- Planejar, preparar e executar treinamentos;
- Registrar os treinamentos realizados no sistema de gestão;
- Preparar relatórios de progresso e/ou outros solicitados;
- Apoiar a realização de auditorias internas;

Esta posição será em regime de embarque com eventual atuação nos escritórios da Baru.
