We’re seeking a future team member for the role of **Senior Associate, Counsel **to join our **Legal **team. This role is located in **São Paulo, SP - HYBRID **.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Conduct legal activities related to funds administration, including:

- Structuring and changing funds by laws and draft shareholders meetings;
- Analysis of transactions performed by investment funds, such as corporate bonds and derivatives;
- Draft and review of agreements related to funds. Working knowledge of pension funds and RPPS investment´s rules.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (with OAB) - Brazilian Bar Association;
- Previous experience in a Law Firm or Financial Institutions;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
- Teamwork skills;
- Organizational and planning skills to work with high volume;
- Ability to work with low supervision and skill to develop critical analysis of documents and new regulations. Desirable previous experience in public offerings and structured funds.
