With operations in LATAM since 2014, Magnite (formerly known as Rubicon Project and Telaria) has been accelerating growth and establishing its leadership as an independent omnichannel platform in the region, servicing leading global and local clients across CTV, online video, display, audio, and DOOH.

An Account Manager, Buyer is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with Magnite’s buyers in the LATAM region - Trading Desks, Agencies, & Brands. The right person will play a key role in ensuring the overall success of a defined book of business.

**What you will be doing**:

- Work side-by-side with the business development team to pursue new business opportunities and manage existing Agency and Holding Company relationships
- Assist the business development team in communicating the company's value proposition to new clients and large strategic accounts
- Provide end-to-end customer service for all client needs including regular performance reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for top tier clients
- Analyze and effectively communicate client program results vs. eCPM goals, based on inventory performance and reporting data
- Manage general and specialized client requests including site/zone set up, billing inquiries, contractual amendments, account requests, and feature/product enhancement requests from new and existing clients
- Contribute to internal product development planning
**What you will be doing**:

- Experience working in online advertising, either for a Trading desk, Agency, DSP, or Premium Publisher
- Have a detailed understanding of online advertising dynamics and campaign planning & buying
- Understand industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
- Contacts within RTB partners, Trading Desks and Agencies
- Experience in Sales Account Management
- Portuguese and English are mandatory, Spanish is a plus
