We are looking for a **Partnership Manager** to join our team and help us drive the growth of businesses by building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. If you have sales experience, a passion for business development, and enjoy taking on challenges, this role is for you

️ **Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Develop sales strategies that enable you to meet (and exceed) established goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and convert them into strategic partnerships.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Present products and solutions to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate agreements and ensure that clients’/partners' needs are met while maintaining the company’s reputation.
- Keep sales databases updated and participate in required meetings and training sessions.

️ **What are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- More than 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR tech or SaaS products.
- Proven experience managing client/partner relationships and closing business deals.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity in seeking new opportunities and delivering value in every interaction.
