Tasks
Support the company’s IT governance program through policy development and compliance assessment, testing, documentation, gap identification, and, if needed, regulatory compliance reporting.
Work with responsible department staff and, where appropriate, applicable business process owners to generate documented procedures and standards to ensure adherence to policy guidance.
Maintain metrics using tools, internal controls, and a testing (audit) cycle, to measure adherence to global IT policies and procedures, and correct areas where the IT Department may be deficient. Record progress towards overall compliance using factors such as milestones reached, issues encountered, and risks/mitigations identified.
Work alongside IT Governance Manager as point of contact for Continental’s Internal Audit team, business operating units, etc., and any third-party (external) auditors regarding governance of the IT Department.
Provide governance, supervision and guidance for automation of robotic processes (RPA) and development of low code / no code.

**Qualifications**:
Ability to perform research and work independently, as well as interact with all layers of IT and business management.
Portray exceptional ‘soft’ skills such as facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Can deliver on simultaneous projects and priorities each with tight schedules while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of, formal IT governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, TISAX, COBIT, ITIL, etc.), or professional certification in a related area is a definite plus.
Experience in IT principles, practices, and procedures of IT and business operations is also a plus.
Provides guidance to non-technical teams that are starting their journey into robotic process automation and / or low code development.
Define best practices for automation and low code/no code development as well as provide oversight to help identify solutions that need to be enhanced to adhere to the identified standards
Experience in RPA development. Uipath certification is a plus.
English language on Intermediate/Advanced level
