- Knowledge of boilermaking (repairs, piping replacement, support replacement, tank repairs);
- Knowledge of the Painting discipline;
- Manage the maintenance backlog in an offshore unit, align with Fabric Maintenance Engineer and Offshore Integrity Supervisor the execution strategy, plan and mobilize resources for major maintenance.
- Follow up ordinary maintenance execution offshore, update, report and keep unit maintenance budget master plan, assure corrective maintenance are properly placed in the system, follow up on unit maintenance KPIs, CMMS process approval, assure technical and quality competency of the offshore supervisors, built and organize by priorities Fabric Maintenance scope.
- Implement the strategy shared by department Lead and Manager.

- HSSE - be aware of HSSE, regulatory and Class polices and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- **Experience**
- Experience in maintenance management (minimum 2 years, desired 5 years)
- Oil and gas experience (desired)
- Previous experience managing offshore activities preferable
