**Jr. QA Engineer for Customer Relations (Temporary position during maternity leave)**:
**Job Summary**:

- Assurance of local site’s quality system compliance with West’s procedures and applicable standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 15378)
- Support Customer relation topics and assure Customer satisfaction through Customers’ specifications review and implementation, participation in customer’s inspections and complaint processing on time

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The employee is informed of his personal responsibility for quality in relation to the Company's Quality Policy and always conducts his activities in accordance with the company's policy
- Reviews of customers specifications (CS)
- Supports implementation into West QMS
- Product specification creation
- Supports internal and external inspection organization
- Participates in internal and external inspections
- Compiles written response to inspection’s report
- Participates in customer complaint investigations
- Creates customer complaint reports
- Actively supports implementation of preventive and/or corrective measures related to all inspections
- Implements preventive and/or corrective measures where necessary
- Actively manages deviations and OOS (out of specification) processing and reviewing
- Monitors Department’s KPIs
- The employee is responsible for the accuracy of data processing and input used in the work

**Your Profile**:

- Scientific master’s degree - Technological, Chemical or other Science based program
- Preferred work experience
- English language - intermediate level
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, SAP)
