With electronic money institution (EMI) status and principal membership with both Visa and Mastercard, they are now launching their own acquiring operations and assembling a dedicated team to support this strategic growth.

**Role Overview**
We are looking for a senior-level Technical Operations Lead to take full ownership of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle in a card acquiring environment. The role spans system integration, monitoring, certification, technical compliance, and issue resolution. You will manage internal configurations and work closely with external partners — from clients and processors to schemes and auditors — ensuring all systems run securely, efficiently, and with high availability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage technical onboarding for clients, including terminal setup and routing configuration
- Monitor transaction systems, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues across all layers (gateway, processor, scheme)
- Act as the main technical point of contact for vendors and partners — processors, 3DS providers, token vaults, etc.
- Maintain technical documentation and generate internal and external reports
- Ensure seamless integration between systems and manage technical environments for development and testing
- Lead change management: define requirements, oversee releases, and coordinate updates or migrations
- Provide direct technical support to clients, including incident communication and transactional issue handling
- Oversee security compliance, including PCI DSS coordination and cryptographic key lifecycle management
- Maintain infrastructure for secure data exchanges (SFTP, APIs, certificates)
- Implement and manage internal ticketing systems and ensure effective incident response
- Oversee infrastructure elements supporting internal systems (monitoring tools, dashboards, etc.)

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years in technical operations within acquiring, card payments, or processing.
- Solid understanding of ISO 8583 protocol and end-to-end card transaction processing
- Familiarity with Visa and Mastercard technical requirements, including certifications and scheme connectivity
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and building technical infrastructure
- Experience analyzing gateway and processor logs, and diagnosing complex technical issues
- Comfortable working in Linux environments and with APIs, SFTP, and encryption standards
- Strong knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and cryptographic tools
- Fluency in English and Russian 2 both are essential

**Key Soft Skills**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
