**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and coordination of clinical trial supplies and logistics.
- Track inventory levels and manage the distribution of materials to trial sites.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Help maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Support the documentation and record-keeping processes for trial materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Perform data entry and assist in the preparation of reports as needed.

**Profile**
- Passion for the biotech industry and a desire to learn about clinical trials.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, with a global and multicultural team.

**Key Skills**
- Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Familiarity with clinical trials systems and logistics software (a plus).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
