**Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Work with Business Lead Coordinators to ensure the quick delivery of new business opportunities to the Customer Manager or Distributor.
- Be the ears of Dow - listen for new marketing opportunities and collaborate with marketing intelligence to better understand new opportunities.
- Maintain daily contact with product stewards, technical service, REACH leader, and (global) Dow employees in support of resolving customer requests.
- Attend all compulsory training. Responsible for identifying and taking action on self
- development training.
- A desire to help drive Dow’s ambition to become the most Customer-Centric materials science company in the world.
- Display accountability, initiative for action, ability to remove road blocks and capability to work independently to achieve results.
- Contribute to the teams output through cooperation, participation and a commitment to shared vision and goals.
- Uphold the Dow reputation by providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advanced Spanish, Portuguese and English for verbal and written communication. (Fluency will be a plus.)
- Familiarity and interest in the sciences and chemistry.
- High level of accuracy and detail, ability to work towards deadlines and multi-task/prioritize projects as appropriate, excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse group of people.
- Customer Service experience.
