**Purpose of the position**:
Posição para Santo Antônio da Patrulha-RS.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Monitorar o correto cumprimento das obrigações fiscais, incluindo apuração e recolhimento de impostos diretos e indiretos (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, entre outros).
- Revisar e validar cálculos e declarações fiscais realizadas pela equipe, garantindo conformidade com a legislação vigente.
- Analisar os impactos tributários das operações da empresa, incluindo novas atividades, regimes especiais e benefícios fiscais.
- Apoiar na gestão e revisão de SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, PER/DCOMP e demais obrigações acessórias.
- Suportar auditorias fiscais internas e externas, fornecendo informações e documentações necessárias.
- Interagir com órgãos reguladores e consultorias externas para garantir o correto entendimento e aplicação da legislação tributária.
- Acompanhar mudanças na legislação fiscal e seus impactos nos negócios da empresa, garantindo a atualização constante das práticas tributárias.
- Registrar transações e realizar parametrizações no sistema ERP, garantindo conformidade com a legislação e normas internas.
- Recebimento fiscal de mercadorias, incluindo atendimento a motoristas e fornecedores.
- Rotinas de faturamento.
- Desenvolver e implementar melhorias nos processos fiscais, otimizando a eficiência e garantindo maior precisão nas entregas.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
Obrigatórios:

- Ensino superior completo em Contabilidade, Direito, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área tributária, preferencialmente em empresas do setor industrial.
- Conhecimento avançado em legislação tributária brasileira e impacto nos negócios.
- Conhecimento básico em contabilidade e processos de importação e exportação.
- Experiência com tributação indireta (ICMS, IPI, ISS) e direta (IRPJ, CSLL).
- Conhecimento em SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições e demais obrigações acessórias.
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Excel intermediário.
- Organização, atenção a detalhes e capacidade analítica.
- Proatividade e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Diferenciais
- Pós-graduação em Gestão Tributária ou áreas afins.
- Experiência com ERP TOTVS Protheus.
- Conhecimento em Transfer Pricing.
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
