Invitae is on a mission to drive genetic information into mainstream medicine to improve healthcare for billions of people.

To bolster our shared mission and help Invitae expand, we are looking for a Regional Manager in Southeast Brazil. In this position, you will lead the growth of sales territory for Invitae's testing menu spanning from diagnostics, proactive and reproductive health.

**A day in the life**:
Your typical day might include the following:

- Driving business results, sales activities, and cross-functional initiatives in your area;
- Crafting and implementing a territory business plan in line with the regional and national strategy;
- Coordinating customer and prospect site visits within territory;
- Attaining profitable sales to expense ratio while ensuring a positive return on investment within specified region;
- Growing and cultivating key customer relationships with target audiences such as geneticists, genetic counselors, clinicians, etc;
- Identifying and initiating business opportunities with academic medical centers, oncology centers, health systems, and other key accounts;
- Championing product and market knowledge;
- Staying in sync with privacy regulations involved with processing and handling of personal data.

**This job might be for you if**:

- You are an expert in sales in the Diagnostic Services industry with overall 5+ years of experience. If you come from a Genetics or Molecular Diagnostics background, even better
- You carry an accomplished track-record in selling within complex business environments;
- You are proficient in English & Portuguese and hold a Bachelor's degree;
- You feel confident nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other influential healthcare executives in the industry;
- You are outstanding at engineering and enabling commercial strategies and tactics focusing on net sales growth;
- You know how to prioritize, articulate and coordinate your daily activities under dynamic conditions;
- You have a valid driver's license and availability to travel up to 60% of the time;
- You possess stellar interpersonal skills as well and an extraordinary eye for business.
