To be a successful Quality Processing Specialist II you will need to be able to:

- Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance
- As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs
- Travel (approximately 5%) domestic and/or international
- Follow standardized procedures and practices
- Understanding of purpose, objective, practices and procedures of the job role
- Keep the person to whom the Process Specialist reports to informed of any QA issues within the department that require attention
- Capable and knowledgeable of system functionality and requirements pertaining to job role
- Provide support, as needed, to the global Quality & Compliance department; and/or, where required, to other ICON departments
- Serve as backup to other Q&C Process Specialists (globally), as necessary
- Train new members of applicable team
- Undertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Be able to pull from the different systems, do drafting, monthly reports, and help the auditors gather all kinds of documents for sponsor audits (lunch, rooms for the auditors, etc. )
- Systems experience: MS Office Suite, a plus would be Sharepoint, Box, Veeva Vault
- This role will be office-based-5 days a week
- 1 plus years” experience
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required
- Proof to right to work in the country the role if located
- Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English
