**We are looking for a** **Brazilian Controlling & Financial Director** to join** our team**

**Tasks**:

- Manage accounting operations including billing, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition;
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the Brazilian Financial Planning, annual budget and financial forecasts and report variances;
- Responsible for the Cadocs (Central bank of Brazil), E-Financeiro (Receita Federal) and the Cosif.
- Oversee of expatriation process (ACAMs)
- Oversee segregated accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of the regulatory reports
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support monthly and annual financial close processes
- Ensure quality control of financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax returns
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and enforce internal controls

**Requirements**:

- Background in Payment Institutions or and/or FX market is a plus
- 3 / 4 years of experience in the financial sector
