Customer Support Specialist

**BETMASTER **is a successful iGaming group of companies, with offices in numerous countries is now looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
We make our products simple and convenient for our users. We design product functionality with complex mechanics, and constantly review our methods of operation that are familiar to the market - while striving to be the best on the market.
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with **Portuguese and English** languages with strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills. You must be a team player who can handle sensitive situations with confidence.
You will join our team in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. We offer a unique chance to grow in an international team and enjoy the benefits of working in a global company.
**What to do**:
- Answer to incoming requests from customers via live chat;
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions;
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
**Experience & Skills**:
- Intermediate+ level of Portuguese and English;
- Work experience in support;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Excellent PC skills;
- Keep attention to detail;
- Multi-tasking abilities;

- A flexible and systematic approach to solving complex problems;
- Experience in sports betting/gambling industry is a plus;
