Join us and experience our platform of global diversity and entrepreneurial spirit as you help us create innovative technologies and positively impact the food of nearly 8 billion people worldwide. **What we are looking for**: This position is responsible for developing and providing Technology trainings (Fuse, Guidance, etc), Operational and maximum performance training, as well as, technical training for the dealership network, as well as monitoring new products in the field (NPI) for self-knowledge and development of the training material. Will be also responsible for providing training for the trainers (TTT) for the dealers multipliers, as well as Senar and Senai instructors. **What are you going to do**: - Setting up technology training and Operational and maximum performance training material (Trainings) - Delivering technical training for the dealers - Delivering technology and Operation and Maximum performance trainings for the dealers - Delivering trainings for the dealers multipliers and Senar/Senai (Train the trainer) - Delivering trainings for internal departments Agco (Train the trainer) - Visit to dealerships in order to identify opporunities and get better relationship - Visit to customers in order to identify opporunities and get better relationship (Retail and KAM) - Monitoring new products in the field in order to develop material for trainings (NPI) - Monitoring with Customer support department, improvement opportunities in order to deliver more quality in our trainings. **What do you need**: - Easy going; - Completed College - Handle conflict; - Speak english and spanish is desirable and differential - Be able to speak in public; - Be able to travel; - Driver's license (Category "B") - Able to deliver technical training in the dealer, customer or internal as well.
