The Intel Inside Program began 30 years ago, making history as one of the most successful co-advertising programs. Since then, we transitioned from IIP (Intel Inside Program) to the Client Co-Marketing Fund to more closely aligning with CCG (Client Computing Group) marketing priorities.
In this customer facing role your leadership will be critical to maximizing Intel's brand equity in our co-marketing executions with the members of each program.
**Intel Global Partner Marketing is hiring for a marketing expert to**:
- Develop strategy with and manage co-marketing campaigns alongside one of our largest customers, HP, Inc, in Latin America.
- Work closely with the Global Account Strategist for HP, Global Field Sales Account Teams, local Intel direct marketing and your counterparts within HP's Latin America marketing organization.
- Your objective will be to increase Intel's influence and share of voice to improve co-marketing campaign effectiveness worldwide.
**Other direct responsibilities include**:
- Manage and develop partner relationships in location of influence
- Partner closely with the LAR (Latin America Region) account team for HP to deliver cohesive marketing programs that utilize all funding sources
- Align customer CCF (Client Comarketing Fund) spend to Intel BU priorities, developing full year co-marketing framework for LAR and Country initiatives that align with the global strategy
- Collaborate with Head Quarters to align location of influence priorities to HQ master priorities, ensuring balance at a macro and micro level in LAR and in country
- Identify market opportunities via investment dashboard, to accelerate growth and TAM (Total Available Market) expansion - collaborating with Field Marketing for execution
- Manage approval process of OEM CCF co-marketing plans in location of influence
- Influence regional Campaigns with Global Account Strategists, gathering/analyzing campaign KPIs for full report out, informing future activities that positively impact business results
- Lead LAR project management of co-marketing campaigns and strategic program execution including creative/media development and review, key performance indicator development/tracking, program execution timelines, results analysis/ROI, budget, and campaign summary/report out upon completion
- Open collaboration and exchange of strategies and plans with the customer and field sales teams in location of influence
- Train local customers on latest program enhancements and share feedback with the Program Office
- Maintain LAR 'Plan Of Record' for HP to provide management the latest snapshot of your customers' priorities, weakness, issues, key joint initiatives and events for the year.
- Evaluate customers' marketing executions that utilize CCF dollars to ensure Intel integration in all claimed activities along with alignment to our Client stated business priorities
- Passion for collaboration with a matrixed set of stakeholders,
- Manage multiple work streams both internally (Field Sales, Latin America and Country Teams, Business Unit Direct Marketing Teams) and with partners (Customers, Agencies, Retailers, and Media Vendors).
- Leadership and strategic thinking are critical as we continue to be seen as the technology and co-marketing leader in traditional client computing and deliver business impact and value for both Intel and our OEM partners.

- Partner marketing programs are extremely complex by nature and it is essential for any person in this role to listen and learn from their peers and partners.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience 4 years, in addition to:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing or within a sales and marketing organization, with strong client facing experience.
- Advanced level of Spanish and English
**Preferred**
- Portuguese
- 3+ years of Global Co-Marketing/Partner Marketing experience with proven results
- Experience in project and program management
