Position Overview:
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to sell into the red-hot customer experience analytics market with a leading edge, industry-disruptive product. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, know enterprise and solution selling cold and value working within a process and a data-driven approach. As a product sales specialist, you will work hand-in-hand with Genesys account executives to achieve your quota targets. You thrive with a number to hit, you’re on the phone breaking down barriers incessantly and consistently, and you’ll travel as needed to help close deals. We’re a growth-stage company and you’ll succeed here if you can produce, selling one of the most innovative products on the market.

In this role you will (Key Responsibilities):
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Establish strategy and exceed the regional solution sales goal.
- Establish selling strategy to beat the competition through better targeting, positioning, and thought leadership for the solution of focus.
- Own and forecast the opportunities for selling the solution alongside other Genesys products.
- Educate and support field Account Executives and Solution Engineers on opportunity qualification and positioning of the solution.
- Provide leadership to the AE for account planning as it relates to driving the solutions of focus.
- Work with the Regional Solution Team, Field Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product Management and Channel Management groups to drive awareness, provide insight into the development of use cases, and demand and messaging for the related solution.

You have (Required Qualifications):

- Has demonstrated the capability of being a proactive salesperson within the Solution area of focus and effectively delivering to sales targets.
- Extensive experience in creating and delivering value propositions in a consultative manner that link a persona’s needs with relevant solutions.
- Expertise of present and emerging technologies and standards in the business practices and processes related to the solution.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills, with a proven ability to effectively listen and communicate in both written and verbal formats across all levels of organization management
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility by effectively listening to and communicating with Account Executives, sales management, partners, and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritize demands to deliver the most strategic outcome
- Proven success in influencing outcomes outside of your direct control

- Knowledge of analytics, reporting/BI platforms
- Knowledge of customer feedback management, voice of customer and natural language processing platforms
- Excellent knowledge of the possibilities offered by Genesys technologies and ability to translate these to meet various customer agendas
- Extensive and proven experience with the development of business opportunities for new product releases.
- Well-developed sales or sales support expertise
- Experience selling enterprise solutions into the F500 market in telco, banking, healthcare, insurance and/or auto industries
