**What you'll do**:

- Collaborate with Darkroom’s People Operations Manager and Hiring Managers to create recruitment briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans
- Ownership of open global roles within Darkroom’s ATS (Ashby)
- Assist in onboarding new employees to Darkroom’s global HR platform Deel
- Source, interview, and hire top global lent as needed across Creative, Design, Growth Marketing, and Production to meet the agency and client needs
- Provide insights and recommendations on recruiting strategies and best practices that contribute to the overall achievement of our vision
- Educate new global hires on the nature of a contract based role, and the tax implications for their respective country

**Core Competencies**:

- 3+ years experience working as an HR Assistant, Junior Recruiter, or Recruiting Coordinator.
- Experience using an ATS platform, bonus points if you have experience using Ashby
- Experience using the following tech stack for recruitment and HR responsibilities: Notion, Ashby, Deel, Rippling
- Fundamental understanding of digital marketing and/or the marketing agency space
- Excellent English written and verbal skills; this role will be 100% in English
