In our Food & Beverage Solutions (FBS) division, we are working to build leading positions in three global categories: beverage, dairy, and soups, sauces and dressings. And this is alongside other regional focus categories, like bakery and snacks.
**ROLE PURPOSE**
The dairy segment represents a significant part of our business, and this position requires a salesperson who has knowledge on the category and on solutions and ingredients. The Dairy Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a relationship with customers being a strategic partner to the client, focused on prospecting new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit and continuously offering solutions of our extensive DAIRY portfolio - like natural sweeteners, fibers, texturants, fruit preps and customized stabilizers systems in order to meet their objectives.
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Deliver the year over year growth of accounts in sales portfolio aligned with Tate & Lyle FBS LATAM annual goals.
- To conduct Business Negotiation and manage commercial agreements.
- Building/Manage relationships to maintain/construct business.
- To keep updated sales projection and forecast accuracy control.
- Bring opportunities focus on Pipeline Strength.
- Sales acumen - work within and across multiple accounts to drive profitable sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute account plans / action plans.
- Work collaboratively and with different teams to ensure customer performance goals and expectations are met.
- Manage the receivables to limit overdue payments with support from credit department.
**COMPETENCES AND SKILLS**
- Sales Experience in B2B Commercial area.
- Business/Negotiation Skills with good communication.
- Working as a team, dynamic, and driven for results
- Prospecting and delivering - Strong ability to identify businesses opportunities and conduct them into a win-win deal.
- Solutions design - assist customers to find product solutions within T&L product portfolio.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor in Food Engineering / Chemistry Engineering / Production Engineering.
- Advanced English.
- Spanish desired.
- Experience in the Dairy market is a differential.
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Driver’s License.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (combination road and air) among Brazilian territory.
This position reports to Sales Manager based in São Paulo.
