E2e Pricing Analytics and Data Manager

LATAM MD team manage 31 countries in a region that Shell Lubricants supply from different “Shell source plants”

**What’s the role?**

The “E2E Pricing Analytics and Data Manager” position is key to the business where the main responsibilities are to track our data in past, current and future scenarios. Providing analyses to optimize our performance, creating highlights / lowlights reports, ensuring that our data are corrects, and supporting the Senior Pricing manager on the strategics decisions for the region.

**Main activities**:

- Manage the data from LATAM MD business (Orbis tool)
- Understand and track product’s costs estimating future impacts.
- Track the pricing brand strategy for each country.
- Track pricing strategy for the main B2B sectors.
- Create and implement tools looking highlights/lowlights analytics info.

**What we need from you?**
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master skill in Excel and PowerBI.
- Expert in GSAP is a nice to have
- Fluent in English is mandatory / Spanish proficiency is a must / Portuguese proficiency is nice to have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance / Pricing / analytics roles with understanding of value chain and margin impacts.
- Knowledge of Macro Distributors E2E chain.
- Understanding of the Shell Lubricants internal process is a nice to have requirement.
- Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial mindset.
- Able to work independently and with limited supervision, highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage various competing priorities.
- Strong interface / stakeholder management skills and proven ability to work with, influence and lead diverse teams outside the line as well as delivering results through others.
- Ability to manage self-performance and interaction in a virtual environment
