Pricing Program manager for BR - Shopping experience teamKey job responsibilities- Support deployment of Amazon pricing strategy in Brazil- Serve as central pricing point of contact for multiple stakeholders, understanding pricing metrics and systems in depth- Innovate with customer-centricity, proposing and leading structural and incremental improvements to the pricing program- Analyze root causes of pricing metric changes and propose actions- Build new ways of looking at pricing data to extract insights- Inspect pricing mechanisms and propose actionsA day in the life- Daily: support stakeholders on pricing program questions and needs- Weekly: analyze metrics, meet with stakeholders, understand root causes of changes and define short, medium and long term action items- Monthly: conduct pricing training sessions and broader communication sessions- Quarterly: innovate to come up with ideas on how to improve the pricing program, lead projects on such innovations BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- Speak, write, and read fluently in English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedulesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
